if you're wondering why is am not as often present on forums, here is the reason.

i am busy with a complete renovation of a 3 story house. Originaly build in 1933, it was in poor condition.
I ripped out the complete interior, cieling and room separations, leaving only the bare constuction walls. Even the plumbing, electricity and central heating was completely ripped out and will all be renewed and modernised.
this i just another of my "hobby" projects when i need inspiration or get bored ....

what has been already done.
demolition:
- all room deviding removed
- all bathrooms and toilets removed
- all cielings removed
- all lead lumbing removed
- old lead sewer pipe removed
- old brick chimneys removed for 3 storys
rebuild:
- reconstructed main sewerpipe in crawlspace.
- reconstructed new main sewerpipe.
- repairing of all walls including where the brick chimney's was removed.
- placing electricity, water, gas and heating main lines.

i bought a 3 story house and stripped it bare to the 4 walls.
i am rebuilding all plumbing, electicity and room deviding to my own liking.
i am doing this as a hobby project together with my brother.
we "work" 4 days a week for 4 hours each on the house...

now starting tileworks for toilet and bathroom.

Start placing (under) floor panels.
Start placing kitchen
Placing ventilation for kitchen and bathroom on rooftop.
Mounting all doors
Several small finishing touch
Start with next floor.... 2 floors to go....
